Confused about what to do with this guy?

so, i met this guy, he nice, writes poems and songs. he sort of dresses like a black dude. not that there's anything wrong about it but, he's white and british, so doesn't really fit. but he looks really good. i mean the face and the body. looks really good. we're not really bf gf, just broke up with my bf, and he's staying away from girls coz he doesn't wanna date yet. and so do i, i kinda wanna take things slow coz i am still a bit heart broken. he, says that he likes how we are. like how we never fight and how we never got on the wrong side of each other. says he enjoys talking to me, and recently, when we talked about romantic movies, he said ';what about the story of how we met, really romantic.'; i kinda want to say i miss u to him, when we don't talk and that i like him, but i'm hesitating sumtimes. i don't know, does he like me too? i think he does. i just sent him a msge, i told him i miss him coz we haven't talked recently, he's been busy, and i decided to text him i miss him coz of the romantic story thingy. was it the wrong move? is he waiting for me to make a move?Confused about what to do with this guy?
