Recently, I've been unable to reach 1200 calories. The average number I eat is about 1000. Being a teenage girl, I've been trying to lose weight with only 1000, but I learned that it's slightly unhealthy.
1. How do I rotate back to 1200 calories a day without gaining weight?
2. I'm also trying to lose weight, so how many calories should I consume when I'm a 141 lb, 5'5, 15 year-old female living a sedentary lifestyle?
