How to politely turn a girl down on an offer of sex?

Alright so last weekend I was a little drunk and I was hanging out with several girls. Apparently I caught the eye of this one girl and maybe gave her the wrong signs. She is breaking up with her boyfriend because she is moving soon. Anyways tomorrow I'm going to a party to socialize and empty a few bottles. This girl is apparently into me and will be there and is set on having sex with me. I'm single, but I've been out of a relationship with a girl I dated for over a year for about a month now. I still love my ex and I just don't feel right about doing it however its been awhile since I've gotten any. The girl isn't very attractive to me but I just want to make a polite decline without hurting her feelings or stirring up any animosity. Well to be honest I don't know a nice way to turn a girl down. to be honest your best bet is to try and avoid her, try hanging out with a different girl.

Just tell her that you are not interested in having sex with her. If she can't accept that whether she's drunk or not than that's too bad.
If you dont want to have sex with her then dont give her any reason to believe you do want to. Be aware of the signals you give off. Just act like you arent interested at all in her.
Tell her you are too young for that stuff.

Just say no. Be polite, but be firm. Don't do it just so that you don't hurt her feelings. It'd hurt her a lot more if you went along with it and then dumped her later. Yes, she might be looking for a one-night fling, but she might not. If you care about not hurting her, then just say no and don't back down. If she gets upset, then just know that she'd probably get more upset later if you said yes now and weren't willing to continue with her.
