Ok my best friend is a guy. I have never told him and even found ways to hide it that I like him as more. I think he likes me as well which is why I am afraid. Me and him currently live an hour away. We talk on facebook every night and when he mentions other girls I get very jealous I try not to show it though. I am afraid of ruining the friendship if I date him because without him in my life I don't know what I would do. I know it sounds selfish but I don't wanna share him with any other girl. I wanna be the only girl in his life!How can I not get jealous when my best friend talks about other girls?
My boyfriend and I were best friends before we started dating. It was extremely hard for us make that transition from best friends to more. It was really scary too because neither of us wanted to compromise our friendship. But before we started dating, I HATED it whenever he was seeing someone else or flirted with other girls. I know how you feel :) The best advice I can give you is to talk to him about it. If he's truly your friend then you two should be able to work past this if he's not interested in you. Dating my best friend was the best decision I have ever made. We are so happy together and we intend to marry each other. So I hope everything works out for the best!
