How do I touch my toes with my hands?

We had a flexibility test today and we were doing the touch toes with hands rubbish. Anyways, I can't do it and I failed! We girls were supposed to reach 10 inches but I only got 9! I can't do it. How do I do it?How do I touch my toes with my hands?
you hav poor flexibilty. to improve that, practise every night before you go to bed and you'll eventually get there and maybe even much further!

actually as well as stretching you need to strengthen your hamstrings so they can bear the weight of your body bending over

It's just a matter of getting things stretched out. Try to touch toes every day but try to go farther each day. You'll make it.

you need to strech everyday and you'll get better. i would suggest a stretch called firgure 4, which is where you sit on the ground with one leg out in front of you and your other leg bent in like sitting criss-cross (your foot should be along the inside of your thigh), and reach for your toe for 15 seconds..... hope that helped
well u can strt by doin a few stretches to loosen up ur muscles. tha best thing i do is to sit down, put ur legs out and reah reach reach as far as u can go do so for like 5 secs. then stop. wait 5 seconds and do it again. for like another 5 -7 seconds. stop and relax for 5 seconds. do this pattern addin more time and five or seven seconds of relaxing until u reach ur toes. when u do this u stretch ur muscles out. i do this an it works for me.
Stretch everyday. You'll get better. PS it helps to stretch after doing a somewhat active activity.
cut both of your hand and put them on your toes.
