Can someone help me find the name of a movie, please?

I do not remember the name of the movie but i can describe to you what the plot and details and hopefully someone will recognize the story details and give me a name;



Its not a classic movie, it came out in the 2000s i think



Its a movie that takes place in california and its about a white girl %26amp; her friends their fascination with the ';hood'; and ';gangsta'; life. The beginning shows them talking about how they hate being white and that black people have the most fun



then later on in the movie the white girls drive to the bad parts of town and begin hanging out with mexicans from a gang and the girl gets really close to one of the members who befriends her. Later on in the movie her and her friend decide to join the gang and the gang decides that they have to sleep with one of the members in order to join and roll a dice to see how many guys they have to take. One girl rolls a 1 and the other rolls like a 4 or 3. Half way through the girl decides she can't handle all those guys and quits mid sex and runs off and tells everyone she was raped; Then tries to commit suicide but fails. Then at the end the white boys who are friends with the girl who lied about getting raped drive around looking for the mexicans and spot them and shoot at them.
