How can i start a conversation with a girl i never spoke to before?

iv fallen for this girl, shes one year younger than me, i never spoke to here before though i know some staff about her.now i wanna talk to her (badly) and get to know her more before i confess.

just say hi when you walk by her, you dont have to start a conversation on the first go, by doing this at least she knows you exist. whenever you see her around or walk past her smile, say hi. when you get some courage just go up to her (better if she is by herself. less nervous for you) and start a conversation if her.

you could say like ';hi my name is ............... and i've seen you around. i was thinking if we could become friends?'; or something like that. you just have to be polite, nice, smile.How can i start a conversation with a girl i never spoke to before?
You won't get anywhere if you don't start talking to her.
Walk up to her and say:

Hello Heavenly blessed beauty who's beauty is divine and everlasting. I have noticed that you frequent this location, and you too breathe the air. By what name will do you go?';



at this point she will say Her name, and you are ok from there!

Ive tried this many times, and at least 80% of the time it works every time.
